Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! Pre-order items will follow order processing timeframes when the product is in our warehouse and ready to ship.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have selected a range of carriers to best suit our customers cost and speed requirements.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping delivery times can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. YOK Grills is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and in its original undamaged packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@yokgrills.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
